Water metering and invoicing
A digital service for reporting the water meter reading and creating the invoice. The service includes the following steps:
- Invitation: Invitation via email to the resident
- Login: Login with password
- Water Meter Reading: Submit current water meter reading
- Sign: Sign water meter reading with password
- Receive invoice: The invoice is received directly after signing. An email with a link to the invoice is also sent to the resident.
The service is easy to use and very popular with our customers. Statistics show that the median time for a resident to report the water meter reading and receive the invoice is 2 min which testifies that the service is user friendly for the resident.
The water administrator of the housing association initiates reporting and invoicing to the residents by a simple click. The water administrator can view readings and invoices in an excel style data browser and can follow up on the invoicing throughout the process. The water administrator has access to a water consumption report with key indicators showing total water consumption, average water consumption, and total invoiced amount. The water administrator sets up the data for the association, prices, billing details etc.

The resident can view measurements/readings and invoices in a data browser (screen shot below). All data can be exported to excel.
